Built the business from the ground up alongside a co-founder, covering product, operations, finance and delivery.

• Co-designed FinMaster and took it from concept to market. Now distributed in 54 stores across 3 countries, including a nationwide Exclusive Books launch.
• Led development on Fintr4Schools, a digital learning platform now adopted by 5 schools. Wrote the educational content, managed the development team, designed the brand identity, and runs implementation and customer success.
• Project managed two R1M+ corporate deals end to end: hiring, logistics, train-the-trainer delivery, impact measurement, stakeholder management and reporting.
• Converted high-impact clients including Absa and FinMark Trust, running each through proposal, negotiation and contracting.
• Built the company's operating backbone: processes and software for financial management, inventory, logistics and reporting dashboards.
• Co-developed Mini Millionaires, a weekly newsletter reaching 1,750+ parents.

Industrial Engineering Consultant

The project covered identifying opportunities for improvement, setting goals, and seeing implementation through. A management-level continuous improvement and digitalisation programme across all departments, reporting directly to the CEO.

• Rebuilt production planning and refined the bill of materials.
• Designed and implemented end-to-end digital traceability across the supply chain, from intake to dispatch, giving the business the record-keeping its food safety certification depends on.
• Stood in as financial manager during the incumbent's maternity leave.

Industrial Engineer & Systems Developer

Started as a vacation work student and stayed four years, moving from the factory floor to the development team. Part of the group that led digital transformation across multiple departments, replacing paper trails with working systems.

• Ran requirements elicitation with process owners across manufacturing, human resources and quality, translating how the work happened into what the software needed to do.
• Handled implementation, training and change management.
• Later joined the development team, building custom software to support business processes.

Industrial Engineering Consultant

Became a specialist in ERPNext and the Frappe framework, running implementations end to end: eliciting what the business needs, building the custom development to support it, then handling rollout and the change management that comes with it. Coded in Python, JavaScript, HTML and Jinja.
